HealthSouth National Rehabilitation Week Campaign 2014-2015
Observance of National Rehabilitation Week was a longstanding tradition at HealthSouth (and now Encompass Health). The 2014-2015 theme, for which I designed all materials, was “Passport to Independence.” This travel-related theme was not only about highlighting the successes of our patients who embark on their journey with HealthSouth to their destination of independence but also a time to celebrate the therapists and staff who play a role in helping patients reach their goals. The hospitals get very competitive and creative in their celebrations of NRW. Activities included an employee bon voyage kickoff feast, “tacky tourist” dress-up day and a patient reunion featuring desserts from around the world.
